We are happy to accept returns or exchange within 14 days of receipt provided the items for return are in their original condition and the original receipt is enclosed. An exception to this rule includes products of a personalized nature and items on sale unless considered faulty.
To return a product please email sales@tees2knees.com.au and provide the following details:
An email advising you of a "return number" will be sent to you. To ensure the exchange/refund process runs smoothly please write the allocated return number clearly on the outside of the package being returned to Tees2Knees.
For exchanges within Australia, a prepaid envelope/satchel needs to be included for the replacement item to be sent out.
All exchanges need to be complete within 28 days of original purchase date.
For international exchanges please include original postal charges. Please post all returns to the following address with the original receipt of purchase.

Tees 2 Knees are committed to providing a quality product and do their best to thoroughly check each item before sending them. In the event that a product is considered faulty, the original item will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer including postage and handling.
Tees 2 Knees takes great care to package their goods to minimize the possibility of any damage occurring during transit. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case by case basis. The same risk of loss or damage also applies to International Deliveries. Given the increased risk of damage to international packages based on the distance traveled, we do recommend considering the international insurance.
